We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative Sr. Construction Project Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at our client's site in Manhatten, NY, you’ll be part of a unique rehabilitation and preservation construction project. You’ll manage the project by using established controls/procedures and provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers and any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client's facility and have a full working knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor’s payment application.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • 8 years’ experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects with 4 years of that experience as an Assistant Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million

  • Experience in all aspects of construction management including cost and schedule management and quality control.

  • Effective Leader and communicator able to work with multiple stakeholders

  • Proficient with web-based submittal collaboration systems and project scheduling software

  • OSHA 30 Certification

  • Employment will require a background check

Ideally, You’ll Also Have: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction

  • Background in exterior restoration, masonry repairs and historic preservation

  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $170,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
