Responsibilities and Impact:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Consultant to join us on a contract basis. This role will focus on developing targeted marketing and sales enablement materials for the Investment Management Community (IMC), conducting in-depth whitespace analysis to identify growth opportunities, and creating a strategic plan to capture this whitespace. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the investment management industry, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to develop compelling marketing content.
Marketing and Sales Enablement:
Develop comprehensive marketing materials tailored to the IMC, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content.
Create sales enablement tools such as battlecards, FAQs, and competitive analysis documents.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies.
Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with the IMC.
Whitespace Analysis:
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify whitespace opportunities within the IMC segment.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to pinpoint untapped potential.
Develop detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
Strategic Planning:
Create a strategic plan to capture the identified whitespace opportunities, including target client segments, key messages, and sales tactics.
Work with internal stakeholders to align on the strategic plan and ensure its effective implementation.
Monitor and track progress against the plan, making adjustments as necessary.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
OSTTRA states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on investment managers
Proven track record of developing successful marketing and sales enablement materials.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience conducting market research and whitespace analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Deep understanding of the investment management landscape, including key players, trends, and challenges.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
