Job Title: Senior Director, Federal Grants
Reports To: Associate Chief
Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
As the Senior Director of Federal Grants, you will:
Lead federal grants management across all regions.
Secure and manage public funds.
Ensure compliance and align resources with strategic goals.
Manage a team and provide professional development.
Collaborate across departments to enhance financial analysis, reporting, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of three regional staff.
Public Grants Strategy: Manage Title Budgets and Entitlement Funds across three states.
Grant Management: Oversee multi-year federal grants and ensure compliance.
Prospecting: Identify and assess new grant opportunities.
Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects to improve grant management.
Skills and Qualifications:
7+ years of public grants management experience.
Experience with Title grants in large school districts.
Proven success in managing and securing large grants.
Expertise in grant writing, project management, and data analysis.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Office 365 or Google Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
