How will you make an impact in this role?

The US Consumer Investment Optimization team plays a critical role managing a multi-billion investment budget which is used to fuel top-line growth across the US Consumer portfolio. As part of the team, the candidate will focus on decision support around investment optimization in order to prioritize and make recommendations on the best investments to fund. Ability to communicate effectively will be key as the candidate will be working with multiple stakeholders across Blue Box. This is a high-visibility role with frequent exposure to senior leaders in Marketing and Finance organizations. As such, the ideal candidate must possess not only stellar analytical acumen, but also excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor complex messages to the appropriate audience in a very collaborative manner.

  • Collaborate with Marketing/Investment Services team on a monthly basis to review and finalize latest acquisitions data and offer details with minimal room of error

  • Manage the accuracy of financial models to automate data output as presentational materials for the monthly Risk and Opportunities meeting with senior leadership

  • Provide key insights by deep diving and explaining acquisitions & expense trend analysis, balance-of-year adjustments, and any one-off impact

  • Be the primary owner of contact for various monthly reporting materials

  • Lead ad-hoc strategic requests by senior leaders

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to handle high pressure and fast-paced environment with tight deadlines along with prioritizing multiple tasks

  • Must be comfortable working with large set of data

  • Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to articulates complex ideas with simplicity and make well-reasoned recommendations, both from a financial and strategic points of view

  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot, vlookup, and charts etc.,) and PowerPoint

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • TM1 and Power BI experience preferred or the willingness to learn

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
