Citigroup Specialized Analytics Lead Analyst in New York, New York

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Specialized Analytics Lead Analyst for its New York, New York location.

Duties: Develop, maintain, and improve industry leading targeting and behavioral models that deliver business results that meet and exceed the business goals. Design Statistical experiments for analyzing Citi customer’s sensitivity to the different Sales Growth offers and Marketing Strategies (Direct Mail, Email and Digital) through the use a Design of experiments (“DOE’). Improve modeling and strategies by exploring and evaluating new machine learning methods, data sources, tools, capabilities, and processes. Utilize advanced machine-learning techniques such as Gradient Boosting, Random forests, artificial neural networks and Support vector machines to build and improve the predictive power of the underlying account level Response, Sales, and Payment models. Collaborate with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking, and improving models and strategies. Identify and compile data sets using a variety of tools (SQL) to help predict, improve, and measure the success of key business drivers to business outcomes. Utilize specialization in marketing, risk, digital, and AML fields to manage multiple projects end-to-end to drive business impacts. Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols. Requirements: Requires at least a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent), in Data Science, Civil Engineering or related field and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior Engineer, Senior Principal Engineer, Project Engineer or related position. 6 years of experience must include: Excel, PowerPoint; ArcGIS; Project Management.
