Job Description Summary
The Business Intelligence team (BI) is responsible for delivery of all data analytics and governance in support of both GOS service lines and GOS clients. The BI Analytics Lead’s responsibilities include data mapping, data assessments and analysis, data governance support, POC dashboard development, user acceptance testing, reporting support, opportunity assessments, tabular model support, workplace trend analysis, benchmarking analysis, and general product support for client BI platform.
Job Description
Support the client and account team to design, build, implement, and support the client’s BI platform and global data strategy initiatives.
Establish the data governance program on the account with support from the Analytics data governance lead
Lead data assessment and data mapping exercises to support system integration projects
Develop the Analytics roadmap with the account team and the client including schedule, scope and investment
Partner with the client technology team to understand their technical requirements
Design short term BI solutions to assist with account team reporting needs without impacting the delivery of the long-term roadmap and final solution
Liaise with Client Analytics Platform to ensure dashboard prototype design and build meets business requirements and aligns with the data and tabular model
Proactively analyse the client’s portfolio and provide support in identifying risks and opportunities
Drive continuous improvement in the automation and standardization of data requirements
Partner with the development team to expand the Triana offering through dashboard POCs, tabular model measure development and product feature enhancements
Utilize advanced analytics tools to transform data, automate workflows and develop analytical tools
Work effectively with all areas of the business to identify required dashboard visualizations and associated calculations to build dashboards
Technical documentation and process documentation as required for activities within the data workstream
Provide guidance and training to the account team employees on BI platform
Provide both verbal and written updates to management on the progress of work
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Technology
Experience in business analytics or data visualization software
Experience also in Power BI is preferred
Experience in data mapping and modelling
Experience in SQL is preferred
Experience in ETL tool such as Alteryx or Python is a plus
Experience in being part of a software product team or BI product team is a plus
Experience handling commercial real estate data is a plus

Experience in documenting business processes in the form of process maps and step-by-step user manuals
Commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work
Workshop facilitation skills for requirements gathering analysis
Ability to build & maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel
Demonstrate flexibility and ability to deliver
Ability to produce high quality documentation (reports, specifications, requirements, etc.)
Good team player, also able to work independently
Curiosity and drive to solve problems

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $156,400.00 - $184,000.00
