Technical Delivery Manager

This position will focus on supporting PulsePoint, a fast-growing healthcare technology company (with adtech roots) using real-time data to transform healthcare. We help brands and agencies interpret the hard-to-read signals across the health journey and unify these digital determinants of health with real-world data to produce the most dimensional view of the customer. Our award-winning advertising platforms use machine learning and programmatic automation to seamlessly activate this data, making marketing, predictive analytics, and decision support easy and instantaneous.
As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will manage web application projects for multiple business lines, working closely with technical leads, internal clients, developers, external vendors, and cross-disciplinary IT team members.
Responsibilities - for all assigned projects:
Manage project scopes, timelines, resources, deployments, and business/technical relationships - from scoping/planning through implementation
Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams
Ensure that project dependencies, milestones, deliverables, and status are clearly communicated and understood by the project teams, stakeholders, and management
Identify and manage risks to the success of projects and know when and how to escalate
Coordinate and conduct regular, effective, and efficient meetings to review project status, resolve issues, and address risks
Ensure project teams are following agreed-to processes (priorities, task management, time tracking, etc.)
Manage project change requests: training or formal experience in project change management
Qualifications
Required Skills
Minimum 1-3 years of project management/delivery management experience in a similar environment or related field, working with geographically distributed development teams
Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong understanding of the development processes/full SDLC, and how they relate to project management processes
Process improvement experience through Agile Practices
Ensure the implementation of best practices in software development and deployment
Proven experience with project management tracking/reporting tools (e.g. JIRA/ Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar)
Understanding of web technologies to effectively manage risk & complexities within projects, and those that integrate across project teams
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, or a number of project streams under a large program
Experience managing project dependencies and blocker issues, developing risk mitigation plans, and escalating when required
Professional Skill Requirements:
Ability to work independently, with some management oversight, to manage multiple projects from inception to completion
Ability to influence stakeholders and project resources, and negotiate or escalate when competing priorities arise, to meet commitments throughout the project timeline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Works efficiently with resources in multiple locations
Strong time management and organizational skills
Enjoys a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment and thrives on multi-tasking
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills

$100,000- $110,000 base + $5k target annual bonus based on company and individual performance
This is a full-time position

Hybrid in our Newark, NJ office (283-299 Market Street, 4th Floor, Newark, NJ 07102) or remote
9am-6pm EST
