The DuPont paid co-op programs are designed to provide students with meaningful, hands-on assignments to learn and develop essential skills as you start your career. It’s here, during your co-op, where you’ll gain valuable real-world experience that will prepare you to be a leader at DuPont.
By integrating classroom theory with practical work, you’ll work collaboratively with DuPont professionals on meaningful projects to deliver real-world results. You’ll develop a strong network of colleagues in diverse roles, helping you obtain insights that will inform future career choices.

Our Engineering Co-Ops fill a variety of meaningful positions that provide opportunities for personal and professional development while contributing to DuPont through implementing engineering best practices, performing process analysis and improvement, and participating on projects that improve safety, product quality, and equipment or infrastructure. Requirements
The DuPont Co-op Program is seeking top talent to work during the 2024 Fall Semester (approximately August through December 2024) . To be considered for opportunities, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on 4.0 scale)
Legal right to work in US without restriction
