Position Summary:

• The Fraud Technology team is looking for a mid-level Oracle Database developer. This is a hands-on development role. Requirements include 4-6 years of development experience (preferably in the financial industry). JAVA experience in addition is a big plus for this position.

• As an application developer you will work closely with project management, business analysts and development resources to deliver solutions. Candidates must possess advanced problem solving skills, the willingness to learn and ability to effectively and concisely communicate verbally and in written/presentation format. You must work well in a supportive and transparent team environment, while having the ability to research and resolve issues independently.

Primary Skill:

• Oracle Exadata

• Oracle SQL / PLSQL

Required Skills:

• SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle 11g/12c, Oracle RAC, OLTP

• Proficiency with Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views, Materialized Views, Sequences, DB Objects

• Proficiency with SQL query tuning, partitioning, performance optimization, indexing

• Proficiency with DB schema and table design, logical/physical design, normalization/denormalization

• Ability to analyze various Oracle reports like SQL trace, tkprof , tuning advisor, ADDM etc and suggest improvements

• Experience with Extract-Transform-Load ETL processes

• Experience with Source Control: BitBucket/GIT, Subversion (SVN), Perforce, or similar

• Experience with Agile/Iterative development and full SDLC development
