As the Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing data entry of Medicaid Renewal applications
Job Description
We are looking for a Product Specialist to provide data entry of Medicaid Renewal applications . This position will be full-time and on-site.
What You’ll Do
Learn, understand, and follow Federal and State laws, Federal and State Medicaid laws, rules, regulations, standards, and State Policies related to programs of public assistance
Follow all CAI and State Security requirements
Access available computer inquiry systems to obtain necessary verifications
Onboard new clients with an “intake” questionnaire to assess an applicant’s eligibility for Medicaid benefits
Analyze the applicant’s financial data, and input calculations into eligibility system
Conduct client interviews to obtain and exchange general and sensitive information for the purpose of determiningeligibility
Work closely with the client to securely collect application documents via digital files (pdf, jpg, etc.)
Document all case management details using eligibility system
Attend one on ones and staff meetings to stay informed about processes and procedures
Perform added case management responsibilities as needed
What You'll Need
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
One year data entry experience
One year customer service experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Outstanding organization skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to analyze financial calculations
Ability to problem solve
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English
Responsible and independent individual that wants to make a difference in the community, working in a team-oriented environment
Transportation to/from office, dependable and on-time
Be available to work a minimum of a Saturday a month, if necessary

Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
