Our partner marketing team is distributed across multiple countries with shared resources across multiple departments. This role will work across Elastic marketing teams globally to develop and implement strategic plans that include building awareness, generating demand and driving pipeline and revenue. In this role, you will lead Elastic's global partner marketing strategy for marketing Elastic on AWS solutions jointly with AWS and Elastic teams to customers across sales segments and geographies.

We are looking for a versatile marketer who can navigate the sophisticated AWS partnership, bring new insights and opportunities forward and work with a cross-functional marketing team to implement and track return on investment. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Ability to measure and report on programs and activities in formats to be presented in front of key collaborators and leadership internally and externally
  • Understand partner programs and how to uncover joint value to iterate and grow our current marketing plans
  • Continuously position Elastic as a strategic, thoughtful, confident, and easy-to-work-with partner to help increase attention within AWS
  • Work cross-functionally within Elastic's marketing organization to deliver programs to the regions for execution
  • Be able to support a business plan with marketing recommendations that align to business goals
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies and ensure the use of set processes, branding compliance, product messaging, etc.
What You Bring Along:

  • Get-it-done demeanor, positive energy, team orientation, resourcefulness, and grit.
  • Integrated marketing experience working with partner and multiple internal marketing teams, especially around creating and leading a portfolio of tactics to generate incremental pipeline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Writing and editing content is a key part of this role, and presentation skills are required to pitch new programs and present results during QBRs.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • A sense of humor. (We perform on a high bar of excellence, but we like to have a laugh along the way.)
  • An ambitious, yet humble approach
Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Developing and handling channel programs or regional marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, implementing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience developing and driving campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages


Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component.

The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below.

These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.

An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Elastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders. Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program. Our total rewards package also includes a company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits offered with a holistic emphasis on employee well-being.

$106,900-$169,100 USD
The typical starting salary range for this role in the select locations listed above is:
$128,200-$202,700 USD
