We're seeking a strategic Group Operations Lead with to drive the Global Accounts Team. An ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling operational processes within the Cyber industry.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations within the business unit and its interfaces with the rest of the company
- Cross-company program management: Partner with cross-company and cross-functional teams to drive the execution and tracking of programs
- Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Financial Management: Manage P&L for the business unit, ensuring resources are optimally allocated and financial targets are met
- Stakeholder Management: Develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and other internal teams.
- Scalability: Identify and implement strategies for operational scalability, ensuring efficient growth handling
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the SaaS or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of SaaS market dynamics, trends, and best practices.
- Demonstrable success in scaling operations and driving operational excellence in a high-growth environment.
- Proven leadership capabilities, able to motivate and align teams with company vision and objectives.
- Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
