Posting Summary | Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Program Development Specialist II for NJMS- Medicine Admin. Under the direction of the Vice Chair of Administration, assists with the development and monitoring of health related programs to meet the needs of the Department. The Program Development Specialist II works to coordinate and participates in the production of various department projects and reports.Among the key duties of this position are the following: - Undertakes studies to identify program goals, resource allocation, reports and procedures for projects within the department.
- Develops projections of program requirements including technical scop essential to attaining the Department's goals and objectives
- Assists in undertaking on-site evaluations of programs and services. Assesses marketing, facilities, operations and client staff to ensure goals and requirements are met.
- Generates reports as required for department leadership to review standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
- Assists in the preparation and presentation of plans to implement the goals and objectives of the Department.

Immunization Requirements
