Broadridge is hiring! We currently have a contract opening for a Project Manager that will be working remotely.

The Project Manager leads a project team within our organization through planning, prioritizing and controlling a project from start to finish. This position requires the applicant to understand all the skills needed to complete a project and handle staff across departments. They also analyze potential risks, issues or changes that may take place that could impact the project’s timeline and makes changes accordingly. Anticipates and meets, or exceeds, internal customer expectations and requirements; establishes and maintains positive relationships with associates and gains their trust and respect. Possesses expertise in the business unit(s) they support. Implement formal and informal processes for integration of project/process management activity with other key interpersonal functions. Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology. Extracts and integrates data for modeling and analysis to facilitate business planning decisions. Design, develop and implement processes, procedures and tools to support the efficient implementation and management of multi-functional initiatives and activity including scope definition and management, work plan development, prioritization, resource planning and allocation, communication, monitoring and evaluation.

Ability to harmonise with all levels in addition to the ability to conceptualize, plan and execute project plans. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must be detail oriented, highly motivated, and flexible. Solid track record to handle time accurately and meet results-oriented deadlines. Other responsibilities include:

  • Work closely and seamlessly with multiple departments including Development, Business, Quality Assurance, and Senior Management. The role requires someone with outstanding communication, leadership, management, facilitation, and problem solving skills, in addition to requiring sophisticated Project Management skills.

  • Ensure the successful completion of assigned projects and programs through productive facilitation, tracking and reporting of status through consistent, standardized dashboards and metric reporting in support of Broadridge and department specific strategic goals and objectives.

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 7+ years of project management experience; handling sophisticated projects or multiple projects combined into a program with demonstrated success

  • Proficient in MS-Project, MS-Excel and Power Point

  • Strong understanding and background in JIRA

  • 3+ years experience in the Financial Services industry

  • Consistent record for delivering results

  • PMP or equivalent certification

  • Validated leadership skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Ability to make important decisions in stressful situations

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Ability to delegate efficiently

  • Time management skills

  • Friendly and approachable
