Bright Horizons Employee Services Coordinator (Remote) in Newton, Massachusetts

As one of our Employee Services Coordinators , you will be responsible for auditing and processing tuition reimbursement applications for our valued EdAssist clients. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a self-starter (as this is a fully remote position), and will be able to manage multiple clients with relative ease.

What you will be doing:

  • Act as an independent reviewer to ensure policy compliance.

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails, answering questions from clients

  • Follow the tuition policy of all our corporate clients.

  • Proof grades and receipts against submissions and client requirements.

  • Ensure appropriate tuition discount is applied to invoices prior to submission for payment.

  • CRM Processing of Cases and Help tickets submitted by employees.

  • 4pm - 8pm EST, Monday - Friday Schedule. In addition, you must have the flexibility to work up to 40-hours/week during peak season (January, May, and August).

What we hope you will bring to this role:

  • A minimum 2 years of customer service.

  • Auditing experience, experience in higher education institution, and a BS/BA degree preferred.

  • High level of computer proficiency is essential.

  • Must possess strong interpersonal, as well as verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to learn and utilize proprietary software and reporting tools.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.

  • 4pm - 8pm EST, Monday - Friday Schedule. In addition, you must have the flexibility to work up to 40-hours/week during peak season (January, May, and August).

Compensation Range:

The hourly rate for this role is: $20.00 / hour

Compensation Range: $18.00 / hr
