We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized project coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in preparing visitor’s access to NSWC Corona supporting the Performance Assessment department.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Prepare and review Test and Evaluation (T&E) products related to planning and analysis efforts.

  • Participate in meetings (mostly virtual/remote), take notes, and report to project leads.

  • Manage testing schedule.

  • Coordinate and hold lessons learned meetings after events.

  • Assist with classified meeting set-up.

  • Prepare all necessary forms for access to government facilities and government classified networks onboard NSWC Corona.

  • Meeting room coordination across the Performance Assessment department.

  • Assist with sanitation replenishment efforts across the department.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • College Degree or technical certifications.

  • Computer knowledgeable.

  • Knowledge of Project Management theories and practices.

  • Ability to assess project requirements and formulate a plan of action.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing to supervisors and employees at all levels.

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

  • Ability to obtain Secret Level Security Clearance

  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of the Navy’s Rank and Rate structure.

  • Military background.
