The Grant Coordinator for DGCE Programs develops and delivers the
coordination for grant programs within the Division of Graduate and
Continuing Education (DGCE). This includes the Massachusetts Inclusive
Concurrent Enrollment Initiative (MAICEI) Program, Early College and
Dual Enrollment Programs, and the Regional Centers Program. The MAICEI
work is a partnership between local school districts and MCLA to provide
students with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders and
other developmental disabilities with a postsecondary educational
opportunity. This position works with the campus MAICEI planning and
advisory team to plan and implement the Program and support students
through coursework, career planning and employment, self-advocacy,
social activities, and independent living. The Early College and Dual
Enrollment Program includes the planning and implementation of offering
college courses and the wrap around support required for high school
students. Finally, the Regional Centers Program includes the
coordination of program visits to teachers on emergency licenses in the
local school districts and providing information regarding licensure and
MTEL prep resources available to them depending on their specific
pathway. The Grant Coordinator will work with a team of campus and high
school administrators to successfully plan, develop, and implement each
program\'s goals with the resources available. Supervision Received:
Works under the direct supervision of the Associate Dean of the Division
of Graduate & Continuing Education. Detailed Statement of Duties and
Responsibilities: MAICEI Serve as lead project coordinator for the
development and implementation of the MAICEI program grant which
includes working with key community and campus stakeholders, and working
with students and their care team for onboarding, registration, and
orientation. Write and develop content for MAICEI implementation grant
and provide status updates for grant funders (MA Dept of Early and
Secondary Education and potentially others). Conduct and participate in
faculty, staff, and student leader training to ensure the constituents
have the skills needed to provide inclusive opportunities for students.
Be the liaison between the College and other State MAICEI programs and
agencies. Manage the budget and spending of grant funds. Provide
mid-year and annual reports as requested. Early College/Dual Enrollment
Work with MCLA administration to assist with planning, logistics,
recruitment, registration, and guidance of students that are enrolled in
the Drury-MCLA Early College Program as well as participants in the
College\'s Dual Enrollment program with local high schools. Work in
collaboration with the MCLA administration and Drury High School Early
College Coordinator to assist with the academic/community needs of the
students that are participating in on-campus courses during the fall,
spring and summer terms. Assist with the planning process for potential
future expansion of the Early College program to other school districts.
Track student data for Early College and Dual Enrollment programs to
help with grant reporting throughout the academic year. Assist with the
on-boarding process (online and in-person) for students taking online
and in-person courses. Participate in planning, program management, and
events throughout the academic year including writing content for future

MAICEI and Early College programs is expected to be renewed each year
for the foreseeable future. Regional Centers grant has been awarded
through FY26. This position is in the APA bargaining unit with a
pay-rate of \$52,000 to \$55,000. Continuation beyond FY25 depends u on
secured grant funding.
