What We Need from You:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent

  • A passion for customer service – we’ve been recognized with JD Power’s Customer Service Awards for a reason! You’ll need a desire to make an impact and leave a lasting impression.

  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written – and a personality that engages others effortlessly.

  • Comfort with technology – the ability to quickly learn new systems and navigate our Property Management System is essential.

  • Flexibility – Hotels never close, which means we need a team that can work across a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • A team-oriented attitude – being adaptable and willing to pitch in where needed helps our hotel run smoothly.
