Requisition Title: Warehouse Shipping/ Pick-Pack Picker OR Receiver

Shift Hours Vary: 5am-2:30, 9am - 5:30pm, 12pm-9pm or other

Must be able to lift / carry 50+ LBS and

requires lots of walking.

Role Overview The Pick Pack - Picker position is

responsible for picking, packing and/or processing pick/pack items, speed picks, single item orders, chip cage items and picking and/or processing ready-ship items as well as picking, and/or processing orders for the Configuration and Enterprise areas. This position is also responsible for loading the outbound trailers using a brick-method of stacking and LTL items. This position is also responsible for stocking all inbound merchandise and all re-stock from other departments. This position also cross-trains and interacts closely with Receiving.

Role Overview-The Receiver

The Receiver performs the functions of unloading trucks and quality control processing of inbound shipments that are coming in from our Vendor Partners.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Unloading trucks manually, with a pallet jack or forklift (certification required). Sorting and receiving product which includes sorting by PO, mail, returns and supplies. Accurately counting of products and comparing to vendor packing slips. Accurately signing off for freight coming in from different carriers. Quality control processing using RF scanners/IDS system for all inbound merchandise, including labeling, packaging of various items. Communicating with the Receiving Office to resolve discrepancy Pos. Cutting flaps and removing tops off of boxes. Cube items properly and bundle items together when there are multiple pieces to an item. Housekeeping placing garbage, boxes, popcorn, bubble wrap in the dumpsters and keeping the area clean at all times.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Pick and process pick/pack, speed picks and ready ship product using a hanging QC station or portable RF scanner, including placing non-conveyerable product in designated areas for pick up. Maintain conveyor flow by keeping the conveyors and sensors clear. Pack boxes using bubbles or other packing material to ensure a secure shipment.
