Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This role is pivotal within our team, requiring the successful candidate to process customer applications, maintain customer records, and resolve customer inquiries. In addition, the Billing Clerk will monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications
• Use Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services to maintain customer credit records
• Handle Computerized Billing and use EHR System and Epic Software for customer related tasks
• Utilize the About Time system for efficient management of tasks
• Undertake Accounting Functions and maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Answer inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
• Enter work order details in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy of information such as Make, Model, and Serial Number
• Maintain correct hour meter reading and ship to address on work orders
• Enter all comments on work orders and give copies of PM work orders with write-ups to the quoter. Requirements • Knowledge and proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Skilled in Computerized Billing
• Experience with EHR SYSTEM
• Proficiency in using Epic Software
• Knowledge of About Time software
• Ability to perform Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently
