Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Financial Accounting & Reporting Manager, who is responsible for preparing financial statements, owning the external reporting system, compiling financial reports for external parties as needed, technical research, and leading audits. Your Responsibilities: Preparation of financial statements on a GAAP basis Owning the data management and external reporting system Compiling financial reports and information for external parties, as needed Responsible for leading annual audit Designs operational and control audits, as needed Managing compliance reporting schedule for foreign entities Lead various committees or work groups to develop, implement, modify, and document new or revised accounting processes, procedures, systems and tracking mechanisms Works on extremely complex problems/issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible factors, innovative solutions, and effective and collaborative leadership Mentors, trains, and coaches lower-level accountants You Must Have: BA/BS in Accounting + years' experience in general accounting, financial reporting or external audit CPA We Would Also Prefer: CMA, CIA or MBA Prior experience working with an automated general ledger system and/or data system strongly preferred Public accounting experience Ability to be on-site in North Mankato 3 days a week About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
