Robert Half is partnering with a leading company in Miami, dedicated to providing exceptional services to its clients. Our client is looking for a passionate and professional Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are bilingual (English/Spanish), enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both English and Spanish.
Assist customers with product or service-related questions, providing clear and accurate information.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage customer accounts, process orders, and handle returns or exchanges as needed.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex or escalated issues.
Provide product recommendations and upsell services when appropriate.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all interactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been addressed and they are satisfied with the solution.
Requirements
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in customer service or a customer-facing role.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional customer service or business-related training is a plus.
