Job Title: Painter
Shift : 5am - 2:30PM
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Painter to join our team. The individual will be responsible for determining painting requirements by studying customer specifications. The role involves preparing surfaces for painting by using masking, grit blast, or chemical rinse, and selecting and mixing paint colors including accents to meet customer requirements. Additionally, the candidate will adjust robotic, automatic, and manual equipment to accurately apply spray finish to parts. The successful candidate will also apply paint and complete the painting process by adjusting spray guns, airbrushes, and stencils. The individual will be expected to document paint usage and properly collect, store, or dispose of paints. The role also includes maintaining equipment by troubleshooting malfunctions and by completing preventive maintenance requirements and schedules.
