Insight Global Supply Chain Analyst in North York, Ontario

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a supply chain analyst to join one of our top health and pharmaceutical clients for an 18 month contract. This person will be responsible for developing and preparing import and replenishment POs including container plans, transfer payments, load booking reports, customs clearance and seasonal schedules. You will also be responsible for liaising between various stakeholders and vendors to ensure products are received in time. This position requires problem solving skills and a demonstrated level of initiative as well as strong communication skills.

Skills and Requirements

Post-secondary education with preferred study in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Applied Math/Science

Strong proficiency with Excel including pivot tables in a supply chain environment

Familiar with SAP or ERP Programs

2+ experience in logistics or supply chain experience

Strong communication skills with the ability to work with diverse personalities and styles

Knowledge of inventory management software and systems and logistical procedures such as customs clearance, shipping and tracking. Related experience and/or certificate in Supply Chain discipline a definite asset null
