interest of national security. Job Description: The Lead, Material
Program Manager (MPM), for Maritime Imaging Systems in Northampton, MA
will use their past experience in Supply Chain and/or Program or Product
Management to lead a cross functional team to develop a robust Supply
Chain Strategy, and execute for key programs across the MIS
Programs/Products. In collaboration with functional leaders, the Lead
MPM will institute tailored \"right sized\" practices and approaches for
successful execution on early engineering design efforts, to complete
product life cycle with a focus risk and opportunity management to
ensure top notch execution. The Lead MPM will be responsible for program
cost, schedule and compliance with internal and external regulations
with respect to materials and subcontracts. In this highly visible role,
the Lead MPM will collaborate across functions and be part of the Supply
Chain team serving as a key interface to Program and Product Offices,
Engineering, Quality, Finance and Operations. This individual will also
be a Subject Matter Expert in Supply Chain and Programmatic Practices.

Qualifications: Must be a U.S. Citizen Bachelor\'s Degree and minimum 9
years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7
years of prior related experience. Experience in Supply Chain and
Program Management execution across a Product Life Cycle (SRR, PDR, CDR,
TRR, PRR etc.) Ability to communicate effectively, to internal executive
leadership or line management both written and verbally New Business
Proposals / Capture Experience on competitive and/or sole source
pursuits Demonstrated Management and Leadership experience Subcontractor
Management through various stages of development through production
Ability to break large complex issues into smaller individual approaches
to achieve business objectives Earned Value Management experience /
Previous Control Account Manager experience Expertise in FAR, DFARS,
ITAR Preferred Qualifications: Experience in developing technical
statements of work PMP Certification Advanced degree
