Aston Carter Contract Recruiter in Norwalk, Connecticut


Looking to bring on a Contract Recruiter that is comfortable with a heavy workload. This recruiter will be placing manufacturing roles within the company. ( Material Handlers, Machine Operators, Planners, and occasionally Supervisors) The recruiter will be responsible for qualifying the position with the manager, job postings, screening candidates, lining up interviews with managers, and extending offers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years of Recruiter experience, would prefer manufacturing skillset experience

Supporting 20 Managers so must be well organized and have the ability to thrive in a heavy workload environment

Location: Swedesboro, NJ

Pay: $35-40

Placement type: Direct placement (8am-5pm Monday- Friday)
