We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a part time Office Assistant in the manufacturing industry, based in Norwood, Ohio. As an Office Assistant, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the company's growth through data management, document handling, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide back office support to maintain seamless operational flow.
• Assist in mailings and correspondence, ensuring effective communication channels.
• Undertake document scanning tasks to maintain digital records.
• Perform filing tasks to keep all necessary documents organized and easily accessible.
• Provide support as a part-time receptionist, acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements • Proficiency in Data Entry - Numeric is required.
• Experience in Back Office Support is necessary.
• Familiarity with the role of a Part-Time Receptionist is essential.
