Working under the Planning Director and the Federal Administrator of
Programs and Grants, the Senior Project Manager of Federal Programs and
Grants is responsible for working in collaboration with the Federal
Projects and Lead Hazard Reduction Controller, Construction Supervisor,
Lead Construction Specialist and the Lead Education Specialists. The
person in this position is responsible for the daily operations and
administration of various construction projects across the City of
Woonsocket and partially funded by various government programs. The
person in this position coordinates and distributes funding to all
partners and subgrantees. He/She will be the primary contact with all
partners and subgrantees. The person in this position must also work
with the City Planning Director to ensure that all projects are in
compliance with various government agencies. Some long-distance travel
for training courses is required. Must have a bachelor\'s degree or
equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Must have
a minimum of seven (7) years of responsible project management
experience in fields of public funding programs, planning, grant
administration, Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) programs, lead
mitigation, or related fields. Must have a valid driver?s license. A
