Johnson Controls Project Coordinator/Documentation Specialist in Nottingham, United Kingdom

What you will do

Support a team of contract design engineers and project manager, ensuring that project requirements are co-ordinated and expedited so that orders are delivered to customers’ requirements and requested delivery dates. Coordinate shipping, expediting, and resolving project related issues.

How you will do it

  • Provide support to a team of project managers and engineers.

  • Liaison and negotiation with both suppliers and customers

  • Internal liaison with Design and Production departments, to collate accurate & timely information.

  • Attending meetings with project managers to discuss progress.

  • Requisitioning and expediting project specific materials and resolving supplier’s invoicing issues.

  • Generating all necessary documentation for the Production department

  • Generating all necessary documentation for sub-contractors who deal with packaging & collection.

  • Maintenance of accurate computer records and contract files

  • Handling administrative tasks for the project manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly.

  • Supporting project execution within budget and established deadlines

  • Coordinating all project team members so workflow remains on schedule.

  • Managing documentation returned, VDRs and creating weekly documentation resorts.
