Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team. As an HR Coordinator , you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting manufacturing and operations teams . The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail , which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Novi, MI
Pay Range: $22 - $25/hr.
What’s the Job?
Support and maintain health and safety compliance across all levels of the organization.
Track, maintain, and compile employee documentation, including attendance records and disciplinary actions.
Conduct investigations related to workplace safety, injuries, and compliance concerns.
Facilitate training sessions on compliance, health and safety, and HR policies.
Assist with recruitment efforts, onboarding, and employee relations initiatives.
What’s Needed?
Associate degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR and health and safety within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, employment standards, and safety compliance.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and scheduling tools.
