We're looking for a Product Manager who is ready to lead the way in our Quote to Cash Billing Program Invoicing Application journey. This program is not just an integrated Pricing, Quoting, Contracting, and Invoicing platform, but a platform that drives standardization while enabling flexibility, scalability, and responsiveness to our growth and changing customers’ needs. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor, to broker with Stakeholders to deliver the net new Invoicing Application and provide incredible value across our lines of service and regions by building the following functionality sets: Invoice Creation & Presentment, Invoice Disputes, Dunning and Collections, Revenue Recognition, Invoice Self-Service for Customers.

We are seeking an individual who enjoys breaking down complex problems into small, actionable solutions and partnering cross-functionally (with Executives and other important stakeholders) to deliver results. We're responsible for providing the vision, execution, and analysis necessary to build the technology that drives our future.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product roadmap for transformative software products and associated services

  • Potentially manage Product Owners and Business Analyst resources with related to the Product Scope.

  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to understand the current state, and associated business needs to shape requirements, features, and end products

  • Effectively define and communicate priorities across all stakeholders, business, and technical regularly

  • Produce and/or review product business requirements to ensure software products deliver the associated business benefits

  • Provide creative recommendations and confidently make decisions to identify product base and vision

  • Develop product delivery, support, education, and training standard operating procedures

  • Develop and execute methods to track product use and impact on end users

  • Collaborate with multiple, geographically diverse agile development teams to execute the roadmap and strategic vision

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s (BA or BS) in business, computer science, or related field.

  • 4+ years of prior product management/product owner experience

  • 4+ years of business experience in the order cash business processes with either 4 years of direct experience in the Accounts Receivables business function and/or Accounts Receivable Business Applications

  • Must be customer-centric and have the interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships; focus on business problems and driving solutions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and deliver results to a non-technical audience

  • Ability to think strategically with supporting analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to function in a fast-paced, highly visible, and changing environment

  • Experienced with data and analytics product development and/or software development

  • Experienced with user experience design

  • Experienced with Agile methodologies, technical understanding of products and up to date on industry standards and best practices

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • An MBA or BA in business is preferred.

  • Experienced with leading Enterprise level KPI initiatives

  • Project management experience

  • Prior experience working in a product organization

  • History of leading and supporting successful projects

  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), process diagram tools, and/or warehouse management system applications is a plus

  • Experienced with data (collection, consumption, and analysis), software development and technology

  • Logistics or supply chain experience

Salary Range: $112,500 - $150,000
