Kotobukiya Treves North America (KTNA) seeks a Project Manager to validate
the required resources (staff, materials, etc.) to meet the objectives of the project. Monitoring allocated budgets (technical costs, industrialization costs, start-up costs, etc.). Define and implement the project management plan, project planning, operational communication of the project. Define and communicate for each contributing business function the objectives and economic budgets of the project. Support and update the project planning. Identify and manage, through targeted action plan, the critical path of project planning. Identify and manage, through action plan and / or multi-business convergence, the risks of the project. Manage and coordinate project communication with the client project team. Set up dashboards and project management tools (project review and Business Plan) in accordance with TPMS and ensure reporting to management. Guarantee, through the management of convergence plans and the project business plan, the achievement or the exceeding of the operational objectives (functional conformity, Quality and Deadline) and profitability / cash flow of the project. Guarantee compliance with HSE rules.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering (any), Business, Finance or related field of study and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
Applicants must also have demonstrated experience with the following: Project management; Compliance with ANPQP; Preparation of FMEA; Preparation of 2D drawings; Development of Control plan, Flowchart, Layout, Cronoanalysis, Line balancing and parameters; and Negotiation and contact with international suppliers.
