We are looking for a dedicated Agile Quality Manager (m/f/d) in R&D for our Nuremberg Humboldtstr. location as soon as possible.

What part will you play?

We offer you an exciting working environment in the R&D department within Siemens AG. Be part of a dynamic global team and contribute to the implementation and further development of agile ways of working. As Agile Quality Manager (m/f/d), you will ensure that the customer focus, flexibility, and resilience of the organization are promoted and thus continuously drive improvements in the R&D process and product quality.

  • In your new role, you will continuously drive forward the improvement of the development process

  • In this key role, you will focus on the process and product quality of development

  • This includes creating transparency regarding the current development status

  • You are responsible for implementing, adhering to, and further developing agile procedures and principles

  • You are responsible for promoting customer focus within the organization (e.g. rapid feedback through reviews, requirement engineering, etc.)

  • You drive a culture in which feedback and errors are handled openly and transparently

  • In addition, you methodically support the assigned product value streams in risk management, FMEA, value stream analysis, workshops, and root cause analysis (e.g. A3, Fishbone, ...)

  • You are also responsible for the planning, coordination, and support of internal and external audits

  • Active participation in the global QM community is also an integral part of your work

What you need to make real what matters.

  • You have a successfully completed Master's degree or a comparable qualification

  • You have already gained relevant experience in the HW/SW development process

  • You have experience with quality assurance, internal and external audits, certifications, and agile methods

  • You enjoy moderating workshops and are comfortable doing so in English

  • As an independent team player, you are characterized by your analytical and communication skills (also with international teams) as well as a structured way of working

  • You are able to drive change across multiple business departments and organizational hierarchies in order to influence agile change within the company

  • In addition, you set a good example by authentically exemplifying transparency, respectful interaction, and improvement

  • You have experience in using common software application lifecycle toolchains (e.g. Microsoft AzureDevOps) and data analysis/evaluation technologies (e.g. PowerBI)

  • You will coach local/global agile initiatives, individual teams, and management

  • You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English
