JOB REQUIREMENTS: What You Will Do: We are seeking an Executive
Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide high-level
administrative support to our executive team! You will manage calendars,
schedule meetings, handle communications, prepare documents, arrange
travel, and act as the primary point of contact, ensuring the
executives\' day-to-day operations run smoothly. This on-site position
is located at our Headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. You will report
directly to our President. How You Will Do It: Organize and manage daily
schedules and coordinate meetings by interacting with employees and all
management levels throughout the company. Schedule meetings and
appointments for the president and other members of the executive team
including off-site meetings. Produce correspondence, presentations,
meeting agendas, emails, and external mailings. Create and reconcile
expense reports. Review and process invoices for members of the
executive team. Coordinate travel arrangements. Act as the administrator
for various customer purchasing databases. Provide discrete and
confidential coordination of sensitive company information. What We Look
For: Required High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school.
Minimum five years of experience as an Executive Assistant or
Administrative Assistant. Must have excellent communication,
organization, and time management skills. Proficiency with the MS Office
suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). Desired Associate\'s
degree in an Administrative Professional, Office Administration,
Business, Marketing program or another relevant field. Who We Are: We
