JOB REQUIREMENTS: Tracking Code 2017787 Job Description What You Will Do: We are seeking a Process Engineering Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of various manufacturing processes and equipment. This hands-on role is key in supporting production in building a high-quality product in a repeatable and cost-effective manner with a First Time Right mentality. This on-site position is located at our headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. This is a 2nd shift position (3:00pm to 11:30pm). The training for this position will be held on 1st shift (7:00am - 3:30pm). You will report directly to the Process Engineering Manager. How You Will Do It: Carry out preventative maintenance on programs and troubleshoot SMT equipment. Equipment can include Solder Paste Printer, Solder Paste Inspection (SPI), Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), X-ray, Selective Solder, Aqueous Wash, BGA Rework Station and Automated & Manual Conformal Coating Provide technical support on the production floor as required for critical process and product issues Support in-process quality control systems to ensure product quality Support continuous improvement projects with production personnel Support ongoing product and process improvements to meet quality, continuous improvement, and production goals What We Look For: Required: Associate\'s degree in electronics, engineering, or another related field from an accredited institution A minimum of 3 years of experience in an electromechanical assembly environment Knowledge of SMT and production equipment and processes (i.e. Solder Paste Printer, Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) Pick & Place, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), Selective Solder, BGA Rework Station, Automated and Manual Conformal Coat) Experience analyzing and initiating preventative actions of day-to-day circuit card assembly production issues Experience interpreting various forms of manufacturing documentation (i.e., workstations, routings/travelers, time standards, assembly procedures) The ability to communicate and work across the organization to solve complex process problems A U.S. person, due to the continuous and unplanned mix of product types, the technician will be responsible for with varying export control requirements.
