Our client, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Site IT Support Analyst II to join their team. As a Site IT Support Analyst II, you will be part of the IT Support department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong interaction and interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective verbal communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Site IT Support Analyst II

Location: Oak Creek, WI

Pay Range: $18 per hour

What's the Job?

• Provide in-person assistance to employee end users for a variety of technical issues.

• Respond to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support.

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems through discussions with users.

• Maintain and troubleshoot PC hardware/software/LAN and voice network issues.

• Participate in various IT projects while collaborating with internal and external teams.

What's Needed?

• A 4-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong interaction and interpersonal skills, particularly in listening and providing guidance.

• Strong analytical abilities to quickly resolve technical problems and evaluate alternative approaches.

• Ability to follow company standards and apply policies consistently.

• Fluency in English and availability to work rotating shifts and holidays.
