About The Role

We currently have an opportunity for a motivated Social Media and Content Creator to join our team based in our Oakleigh site. The Social Media and Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging content across various social media platforms, managing our online presence and developing strategies to enhance our brand awareness and engagement.

Key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:

• Developing and executing creative content strategies for social media platforms

• Creating high-quality, engaging and visually appealing content including graphics, videos and written posts

• Managing and maintaining social media calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting as well as monitoring social media and industry trends, insights and analytics

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand strategy and marketing goals

• Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner

• Develop and execute targeted ad campaigns, lead magnet content, conversion optimisation strategies and follow up on leads’ status.

About you

As an integral part of the team within a wider business, you will be an effective team player that can manage multiple priorities with proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring:

• Solid experience in social media management and content creation

• Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives brand awareness and engagement

• A strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices

• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro)

• Excellent communication skills, eye for detail and creative mindset

• Experience using social media platforms for advertising and paid campaigns

• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies, familiarity with analytics tools and reporting tools

• Experience with Falcon Brandwatch or similar CMS and SEMRush

• Tertiary qualification not mandatory but favourable
