Aerotek Maintenance Technician in OCALA, Florida

Job Description:

As a Maintenance Technician at Aerotek, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production machinery. Your day-to-day responsibilities

will include repairing machinery as it breaks down, conducting scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service, and setting up machinery for

production runs. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing packaging and production machines, with a focus on mechanical,

electrical, and pneumatic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

      •     Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.

      •     Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

      •     Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.

      •     Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

      •     Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

Top Skills Required:

      •     Maintenance

      •     Troubleshooting

      •     Electrical

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

      •     High school diploma or equivalent

      •     2+ years of hands-on or technical training in troubleshooting equipment, welding, PLC controls, and/or general machine repairs

      •     Aptitude in electrical and mechanical maintenance, including pneumatics

Additional Information:

This position offers a competitive pay rate between $62,400 and $63,400 per year, providing flexibility for our employees. The candidate we’re seeking should be

a team player, able to contribute effectively to our maintenance team and collaborate with colleagues to ensure machinery operates at optimal levels.
