    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field; SHRM certification a plus.

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field, with a proven track record of success and impact.

  • Passion for people and culture, with a genuine desire to make a difference and drive positive change.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels of the organization.

  • Tech-savvy mindset and familiarity with HRIS platforms, ATS systems, and other HR technologies.
