Company Overview: Customer is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer with expertise in optical and display technology for new product development to join our team. Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Manufacturing Process Engineer to play a key role in optimizing and enhancing our manufacturing processes, with a focus scaling from laboratory to low volume production. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in process engineering, hands-on experience with various optical/display technologies, and a proven track record of improving manufacturing efficiency while maintaining high product quality.

Master's degree preferred. * 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a contract manufacturing environment. * Discrete event simulations for Factory planning and metrics, products such as FlexSim. * Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. * Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams is a plus. * Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the manufacturing industry.
