volunteering. What you\'ll do: * You are Silgan\'s voice to our
customers. * Actively listen and respond to their inquiries and
requests, communicate pleasantly and succinctly, build and maintain
strong relationships. * Collaborate with Silgan\'s customers and our
internal team to successfully identify current and future needs. *
Utilize Silgan software to process orders and assist the product flow
through the supply chain from our warehouse to order fulfillment. * You
are the key point of contact communicating effectively with internal and
external customers for all matters, problem-solving any order
fulfillment concerns. * Manage the analysis and reporting of data. *
Monitor customer accounts and help our accounts payable and accounts
receivable teams to ensure payments are timely. What you need to have:
* Associate degree and 1 year of work experience or High School diploma
and 2 plus years of experience. Experience should be in a similar
customer support position. * Effective communication, time management,
and problem-solving skills. * Passion for teamwork and collaboration.
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, such as Microsoft
