Responsibilities
Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring compliance with Company's Security, Compliance & HSE policies, Management System, relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices
Place Quality, Health & Safety, Security and environmental protection as core values, never compromising employee, customer, or community well-being
Seek continuous improvement in Health, Safety, Security & environmental protection, considering responsible care, process vulnerabilities, public, customer and employee inputs, knowledge, technology, and best business practices
Participate in daily operations, safety meetings, job hazard analysis, and promptly report any issues
Maintain equipment, facilities, and work areas in safe and presentable conditions
Monitor and analyze data to recommend services and solutions
Perform job planning, preparation, mobilization, job execution, and submit all job-related data, reports, and documentation within acceptable timeframes
Be available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to customer needs
Test, operate & maintain tools & equipment according to work instructions, policies & procedures, and level of training & competence
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Deliver superior Service Quality to the client
Effectively manage inventory and supplies required at the well site
Follow up on failures with the R&M team and ensure failure reports are closed with clients
Contribute, participate or lead equipment failure investigations that support Root Cause Analysis reports
Oversee, lead and mentor Field Operation crew members (for intermediate and senior roles)
Act as technical advisors to management and interpret data for client representatives to optimize services (for senior roles)
Perform engineering checks while on client location, including hand calculations, software computations, or new computations based on the latest data (for intermediate and senior roles)
Manage the installation of complex equipment and/or services in the field (for senior roles)
Requirements
High School Diploma
Fundamentals of Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Pneumatics, and/or Hydraulics
Mathematics
Basic Physics and Chemistry
Computer fundamentals
Critical thinking, active learning & listening, complex problem solving
Good reading and writing skills, strong judgment, and decision-making in line with policies & procedures
Time management
Quality Control Analysis to ensure the product meets required standards
Service Orientation
Physical capability to undertake the tasks required to perform the role
Information & task ordering & ability to identify and understand potential problems and solutions
Ability to react effectively and efficiently in operating tools and machinery
Ability to visualize how tools and products will look when preparing for assembly, repair, or modifications
Mathematical Reasoning
