Portfolio Director to work in our O\'Fallon, IL office.
Job Description:
ECS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Portfolio Director to
lead our USTRANSCOM Account and associated programs from our office
located in O\'Fallon, IL. In this role you will support business
development activities in support of the USTRANSCOM Account. Those
activities include identifying potential contract opportunities,
performing capture actions related to those opportunities, coordinating
teaming agreements with partners, and proposal preparation/submission
actions. In addition, you will oversee multiple programs delivering
day-to-day operational support, cyber security, and Agile software
development to sustain and enhance systems supporting worldwide users.
You will lead a multi discipline team of approximately 90 people
including system administrators, database administrators, help desk
technicians, software developers, business analysts, software testers,
cyber security experts, and administrative support. You will interact
with the government Program Managers and their team to prioritize work
to be accomplished and establish the strategic path forward for
individual programs.
Salary Range: \$170,000 - \$190,000

Required Skills:
BS degree.
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
Experience supporting USTRANSCOM and component commands.
Experience performing business development activities, such as
opportunity identification, capture, teaming, and proposal
preparation.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective
relationships at various levels within the customer community.
Experience leading large team (50+) including subcontractors in
delivering capability to worldwide users.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desired Skills:
Masters degree.
Experience/working knowledge Agile software development, such as
SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
Experience with DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) and cyber
security.
