Job Title: Pipe Support Engineer
Location: Ogden, UT (Remote work considered for qualified candidates)
Pay Range: $20-23/hr
What’s the Job?
Design and locate supports for various piping systems.
Perform calculations associated with pipe support design.
Familiarity with common pipe support hardware, industry standards, and relevant codes (e.g., AISC & ASME B31.3).
Coordinate with layout personnel, pipe stress engineers, and other support engineers to ensure quality and cost-effective designs.
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and vendors as necessary.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor's degree in engineering with 1 year of related experience (Level 1) or 3 years of related experience (Level 2).
US citizenship is required per contract requirement.
Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.
Good knowledge of AISC and ASME B31.3 and other relevant industry codes and standards.
Experience using structural analysis programs.
