Job Title: Pipe Support Engineer

Location: Ogden, UT (Remote work considered for qualified candidates)

Pay Range: $20-23/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Design and locate supports for various piping systems.

  • Perform calculations associated with pipe support design.

  • Familiarity with common pipe support hardware, industry standards, and relevant codes (e.g., AISC & ASME B31.3).

  • Coordinate with layout personnel, pipe stress engineers, and other support engineers to ensure quality and cost-effective designs.

  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and vendors as necessary.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with 1 year of related experience (Level 1) or 3 years of related experience (Level 2).

  • US citizenship is required per contract requirement.

  • Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.

  • Good knowledge of AISC and ASME B31.3 and other relevant industry codes and standards.

  • Experience using structural analysis programs.
