We are currently seeking a dynamic and personable Leasing Agent/Specialist to join our team at Nexeo in Ogden,Utah at Seasons of Riverdale. As a Leasing Agent/Specialist,you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants,conducting property tours,and facilitating the leasing process. While property management experience is preferred,individuals with a background in sales or customer service are encouraged to apply. *Responsibilities *
Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
Assist with the leasing process,including application review and lease signing.
Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone,email,and in-person interactions.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the property and its amenities to effectively market available units.
Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants.
Collaborate closely with the property management team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in leasing,property management,sales,or customer service is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a bonus.
*Pay *
$17.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
*Schedule *
Full Time | Day Shift | Monday Friday | 9:00am 6:00pm
