Hiring Yard Forklift Operators
Roles and Responsibilities :
Morning Huddle: Participate in daily morning huddles to discuss individual goals.
Order Fulfillment: Pull and prep orders for shipment, including leftover orders from the previous day and urgent orders from the sales team.
Forklift Operation: Operate heavy-duty 8-10,000 lb forklifts to pull orders.
Restocking: Restock parts as needed.
Cleaning: Perform cleaning tasks in the warehouse or yard.
Order Preparation: Prep orders for shipment, including power washing equipment (2500 psi).
Cross-Training: Use a spray gun to paint custom-ordered equipment.
Work Environment:
Environment: Work in both the warehouse and open-air yard.
Team: Join a team of 19 people at the company, with 4 members in the warehouse.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
License Requirement: Must have a FLO License.
Time Commitment:
- Each "item or order" may take between 30 minutes to 2-4 hours to pull and prep.
Compensation:
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
