Job Description
* Collaborate effectively within a Scrum agile team, adhering to SAFe Agile methodologies.
* Participate actively in daily standup meetings to discuss progress and address any impediments.
* Engage in backlog refinement sessions to ensure clarity and readiness of work items for upcoming sprints.
* Work closely with the Scrum Master and Product Manager to align development efforts with product vision and sprint goals.
* Take ownership of user stories; analyze, estimate, and execute them with precision.
* Contribute to Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, providing accurate estimations in story points to reflect the complexity and duration of tasks.
* Utilize Jira for tracking progress and managing the backlog effectively.
* Collaborate with the integration team on cross-functional projects, leveraging Node.js for seamless communication between systems.
* Work with the Jetpack UI kit to create consistent and user-friendly interfaces.

Skills and Requirements
* 5-7 years of proven experience within Agile development and familiarity with Scrum practices.
* 5-7 years of experience with the following technologies
o PHP tech stack
o Reactive JS
o JavaScript (JS)
o AWS
o MongoDB
o MySQL
* Experience with PHP and the Zend framework for backend development.
* Familiarity with both MongoDB and MySQL databases.
* Front-end expertise in Reactive JS and Node.js.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. null
