Insight Global United Communications Engineer in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a UC Engineer to support a large healthcare company within the State of Oklahoma on a 6 month contract with possible extension! This person would be assisting in the transition from Avaya phone systems to Cisco Call Manager in a companywide-upgrade initiative. This person would also be troubleshooting their fax system and upgrading them to a cloud based system.

Other experience needed may include but is not limited to:

 · Strong technical skill with Cisco Call Manager

 · Ability to troubleshoot large enterprise phone systems

 · Experience with installation of structured cabling

Skills and Requirements

· 2+ years of UC Engineering/Administrator Experience

 · Experience with Cisco Call Manager

 · Experience with Avaya

 · Administrating Cisco/Avaya phone systems

 · Adding and Deleting phone lines and diagnosing fax systems

 · Experience troubleshooting fax systems

 · Experience with transitioning fax systems to the cloud (email to fax)

Pluses:

 · Experience with healthcare/hospital systems

 · Experience in transitioning phone systems to Cisco Call Manager · 2+ years of UC Engineering/Administrator Experience

 · Experience with Cisco Call Manager

 · Experience with Avaya

 · Administrating Cisco/Avaya phone systems

 · Adding and Deleting phone lines and diagnosing fax systems

 · Experience troubleshooting fax systems

 · Experience with transitioning fax systems to the cloud (email to fax)

Pluses:
