Our Contracts and Vendor Management Administrator is responsible for the administration and support functions of our vendor risk management program along with Administrative Services and our Security Desk functions. Your day may include:
Providing support to vendor owners related to the Vendor Risk Program Management
Facilitating requests for due diligence document reviews from vendor management system (VMS) vendor
Advising vendor owners on contract requirements and strategies to facilitate and expedite contract process. Tracking invoices and monitoring the budget
Supporting vendor owners during contract negotiations with vendor management due diligence needs
Ensuring all contract documents are fully executed by all parties involved
Advising vendor owners of best practices on vendor contract/relationship management
Maintaining all systems of record for vendors and contract documents
Conducting training for vendor owners on policy, system and due diligence
Assisting in the development of the operating budget for vendor services
Attending training on vendor risk management; possible travel if needed
Software (logic manager) system admin. Managing permissions, workflows and trouble shoot break-fixes
Merger and Acquisitions (as-needed): Contract strategy development for vendor services to transition or to off-board
Providing backup for Administrative Services and Security Desk functions such as badges and building access, policies and procedures, notary licensing and transaction questions, security desk coverage and corporate fleet. Facilitating Meetings as needed: PACE Meeting (Monthly), LCUC Meeting (Quarterly) and others at request. Meetings to be recorded and meeting minutes to be created for said department.
What you bring to the team:
Three (3) years' experience working with contract administration and vendor management
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products and ability to learn other software programs
Data-entry experience in a professional office environment
Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with staff and management
Bonus Points if you have:
Experience in compliance and risk management
Experience with vendor management software
Competitive pay: $28.08 - $42.12 per hour, dependent on relevant qualifications, plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits package.
The range above allows our employees room for growth through annual merit and other pay increase during their tenure in the position.
The target range for qualified new hires is typically within the first half of the range. Actual offers will be based on individual qualifications relevant to the role and will not take an applicant's pay history into account.

When you'd work: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, full time minimum 40 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility to meet service needs for this non-exempt position
