The Organization Effectiveness Lead optimizes the effectiveness of a company, business unit, or team. Analyze the internal structure of the organization and create strategies to maximize employee work output and effectively utilize employee skills. The Organization Effectiveness Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

The Senior Organization Effectiveness Lead is responsible for leading and overseeing change management initiatives within the organization while managing a dynamic team of change management professionals. This role focuses on ensuring that changes are effectively implemented and that employees are prepared, engaged, and supported throughout the transition process. The manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance change readiness, foster a culture of adaptability, and minimize resistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with organizational goals.

  • Assess change impact and readiness across the organization, identifying key stakeholders and change champions.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of change management professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

  • Provide guidance and support to team members in their professional development and career growth.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.

  • Facilitate communication between teams to promote transparency and address concerns.

Training and Support:

  • Provide feedback on training programs and workshops to enhance change readiness and resilience among employees.

  • Provide ongoing support and resources to teams during the transition process.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and employee engagement.

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Cultural Change:

  • Foster a culture that embraces change and innovation, encouraging feedback and continuous improvement.

  • Advocate for best practices in change management across the organization.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and resistance associated with change initiatives, developing mitigation strategies as needed.

  • Address challenges and roadblocks promptly to ensure smooth transitions.

Use your skills to make an impact

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.

  • Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives in a complex organizational environment.

  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Proficiency in change management software and tools.

  • Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$102,200 - $140,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
